I have been trying to contact TSC regarding mine not receiving the initial card. The local INS told me it was requested last Aug. (2001) but I never recieved it. They wanted me to send in a inquiry so the local office knew if they needed to apply for replacement card.
Anyway, I sent in 2 letters (one in March 2002, and another Aug 2002) but still no reply. I tried to call them and all I got was to wait one and a half hour paying long distance listening to 'All agents busy' signal, and finally I had to hing up.
Today I have been trying to fax them the inquiry letter at (214) 962-5103 (for adjustment), from the DOJ web site, and the phone just kept ringing and no fax machine to pick up!
Can anyone verify this number still to be correct, or if TSC cease to exist? It is a very frustating experience trying to get info from them.
Sorry I need to vent here, but I think a lot of people share the same sentiments. Thanks in advance for any help!
