is TSC dead again?

Guys,

I think TSC is dead in water again. People who applied 485 with ND/RD Jan 01 in VSC, CSC etc are getting approvals and TSC is not even near that time line.

Just frustrated

Any Inside info why TSC is so.................................SLOW

hi guys
i applied for my I-485 on july 12th-2001...so far haven\'t received RD..employer says TSC takes up appln 3mnths after we mail them...compared to CSC, VSC ..TSC is damn slow..dunno whatz their problem..why do they take so much time to even acknowledge an appln leave alone processing. thought after bush came to power things will speed up but its become slower than what it was before ..just like him.

Sir,Look at TSC it should cater so big states as Texas and Florida.
She said hell-a-lot of immis are from FL(Miami) and Texas(b\'coz of neighboring Mexico).Will leave the judgment to you.

Hi My attroney applied mine in sept 7th and I \'ve got my receipts this week and it is taking 2 months now to get your receipts as a couple of my colleagues got in the same period.

I Think TSC will be dead for a while

Looks like they are concentrating more on enforcement than processing our applications these days. TSC is a bigger mess now, I doubt anything is happening there.
 
Is my status valid - pending I-485.

I\'ve applied for my I-485 on the 30th of July. ND is 7th Sep, 01. My visa is expiring on the 1st of Jan, 02. Do I need to extend my visa. I had already received my parole visa which is valid till oct of next year. If I dont extend, Can I work/stay here legally since my I-485 is pending and the I-785 has been filed over 90 days ago.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
