Applied for EAD on 09/18/01, Check got cashed on 09/27/01.

Looks like in October they are not working.

Feeling frustrated with TSC

I wonder what people are doing at TSC. It seems not only I485 is at standstill, I140 and I539 as well. I applied B2 extension for my mom beginning of this year, still waiting. Look at other centers, CSC is taking on average 6 monthes for I485 approval, VSC is approving 2001 cases. The situation makes me angry. ..

Probably because of the audit. I am not sure whether they are done with the audit or not. My attorney told me that the audit can take
around 2 weeks and they have started the audit in the first week of Oct. They should be done by now.
 
EAD - 180 days and still waiting

Obviously the TSC management is either incompetent, lazy or corrupt. Ziglar should replace it.

I filed the AOS package on 05/01/2001 (that\'s 180 days today) and still don\'t have EAD. AP took 140 days. Pathetic.

But I think your lawyer forgot to mathematics for TSC. Looking TSC lazyness, audit time should be 2 week into 10.

TSC sucks big time.

and my lawyer tried to tell me that i should do AOS and i would get EAD in one month. Please!!!!!!!!!
I just dont want to deal with TSC again
