Is this typical RFE message, pls help!!!

I received case status email yesterday, as follows:

Receipt Number: EAC03xxxxxxx

Application Type: I485 , Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status

Current Status:

On February 2, 2005, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

is this a typical RFE request? I am a bit confused by the wording " responded to your request"...cuse I didn't call them. Please help

even I got two mails shows the message for RFE ( requesting for additional eveidence). I called up 1-800 number. But, they told me that even they do not have idea. we can see only in the letter they sent it seems.
Can you please tell what could be the information generally if we get a RFE for additinal evidence ?

Any inputs appreciated.
