This is a status I recived online for my I485 pending. Is this timeline true New York City?

it's true for all applications thats a standard form letter they send out to everyone.. check the AOS timeline for a idea of how long it takes INS

You know, they are also wrong regarding the AOS timelime. I wouldn't "trust"
it... They are moving faster for sure, and THAT IS good !! :)

It really gets to me that they are so vague and inaccurate. Do they have fun making people's lives miserable? They seem to forget that what makes America , America : is the diversity and people from all over the world migrating here, who are motivated to make a better life for themselves and in turn make the economy of the US better.
