Is this time sufficient

Hi,

    I have three years left on my H1B visa. I am at Maryland which comes under VSC and I shall be applying for GC(Inida) under EB2 category. I know I can\'t get GC within 3 yrs. I want to know atleast is this time sufficient for me to go the adjustment of status ( I-485 )so that I wouldn\'t have to go out of US after 3 yrs. Please let me know regarding this.

Looking at past history and allowing for a certain amount of deterioration in the time taken for green-card processing, you should be fine if you apply under EB-2. All the same, it is better to start as early as possible....

You should be OK provided things go sort of like the\'ve been for the past few years. I would suggest you lookging at RIR and EB2.
