My Attorney informed me that, FP and namecheck will be sent same time if the name check is not done earlier.
So, even though FP is done, one has to necessarily wait for 60 days (INS will wait 60days to hear anything from FBI). If nothing is heard from FBI for 60 days, then they will process the case.
Sometime, people get RFE immediately after the FP, because INS presume that, it will take more than 60 days to settle the RFE, by the time name check will be done.
