Got my lawyer to call BCIS today in the hope that he would get a more intelligent response.

Respons: We will initiate formal status inquiries on the case. Written response to the inquirie would be mailed to you in approximately four weeks.

Just saw on NSC board that someone called IIO at 800 number and got a promise 24 hour email reponse but just got a letter in 6 days, a print out of online status, which you can see in 6 seconds. Unless you don't have a computer or a phone.

Useless, calling any IIO. They are wasting government resources.

IIO are doing their duty or what they are supposed to do, or what they might have been asked to tell..

I expected the print out matter and many times suggested that in the forum....
