Is this subject to case transfer

GURUssssssssss,

I live in NC(Comes under Texas), but my employer is from MI(NSC),
So my 485 has been filed from NSC, if I change my Employer and get new Employer in North Carolina, will my case be transferred to TSC?
My home address will remain the same.
