Is this RFE ???

AVM message says today that " on oct 24 we received your response to
our request for additional information , its taking between ....
since the preliminary processing is complete its now talking between
.... "

Whats UP ?? I never got a RFE so whats the message saying ?? Is
this a incorrect message ? Anyone else got this ?? Till yesterday
there was the standard message.

ND : 4/20 , 01-163-xxxx

What is the exact msg?

What exactly the message is saying. Did it say any thing about RFE sent date?

Seems like INS updated a wrong WAC# with the RFE response! I am waiting almost from the past 8 months to here such a message. But no luck.

That was the exact message. I am afraid they sent me a RFE and
pushed the wrong message button. Most people around my ND are
getting RFE. This really sucks, I wonder what the RFE is ?

Same Message

I got the same message for my case today. I never received any RFE but my online message says that request for more evidence or information has been recived.
I was just wondering what was the real deal with your case?

Any information will be really appreciated.
 
Anything could happen with them. It happened in one of my case, I-131.

One day I noticed that RFE was sent, my attorney had never received. I called USCIS and was told it requires my I-140 approval notice (that was not approved by that time). I pointed out I-140 approval should not be a requirement. You know what happened then, some days later after my call, I saw RFE response was received. Then a few weeks later the case was apporved. That was happened in April 2003.
