How can BEC cases be put in PERM?

After 4 months I sent email for H1B extension and got screen shot from Philly which shows my case is still "closed".

Which one I should beleive, email screen shot from Philly that my case is still "closed" or screen shot from http://www.pbls.doleta.gov/PBLSInt that my case is "open".
My lawyer does not seems to be an expert, so I request experts to please advise what I should do.
