Is this possible, VSC start processing 485 from July01 to May01

I was talking to one of my co-worker(has same attorney as mine) and his lawyer today morning informed VSC has retrogress processing theI-485 from July01 to May01. This lawyer further told him,this is because VSC hired some contractors to speedup the process to six months time and they screwed up the process by picking up I-485 from late july. However may/june cases are still waiting. Though my friend has approved two months back and my RD is 09/07/2002, EB2/RIR,ND:11/09/2002,FP:resumed on 02/13/2002,VA
folks i don\'t want to scare anyone and further don\'t want to believe it either. I just posted here, what i heard. So pl. don\'t take it hard. Pl. post what you folks think.

Ric,that sounds right to me as well, but why we are seeing very less approvals from july and even from june now. i\'m kind of confused and bit worried about aug/sept files, if that\'s true.
 
They are messed up by "student visa scandal". Any unexpected priority change renders I485

Just bear it until this nightmare is over!!
We can not do anything since we are BEGGING GC from them.
 
INS approved July RD 25 case on Marc29 th today ( ID ravigc) ..what do you guys say about this
