I worked for Company A, applied for Labor and got it approved. Now its almost an Year I got the Labor.
I moved to Company B six months back. Company A called me and said it is still willing to process my Green Card. Is this possible. Is that Labor valid. If Yes within what period of time should I apply for I140 and when should I join back Company A.
Can I still work for Company B till I get GC from Company A and then move in?
Note: Both Companies A and B are located in different States.

The Green Card is for a future job. So technically you might be able to continue working for Company B, while Company A processes your Green Card. You might want to talk to you attorney to get more information reg this.

Will there be any problem since i left the Company and willing to rejoin after I get my GC.

When do they specify EB2 or EB3. Is it in Labor or I140?

Yes, this is truly possible. Since GC is for a future job, you do not have to work for them until you receive your GC.

Your LC is valid forever. The EB2 or EB3 is done during the LC stage. However, it can become an issue during the I-140 stage as well.
