Is this permissible by Immigration Service to work part-time for another employer ?

My name is Ben. I need extra money to support my family. Is this permissible by Immigration Service to work part-time for another employer while working full-time for my sponsoring employer? My status is Ajustment of Status, I-485 pending with EAD. Thank you for your helps and support.

Ben, Sure you cand do that. Just make sure you have a valid EAD. Only thing is once in EAD, You cannot go back on H1. So you have to make sure you have a valid EAD all the time :)
