Is this going to be an absolute disqualifier?

I am 22-year-old trans woman from Hungary and I am thinking about applying for the DV lottery a couple of years down the line. However, if I am selected, I might hit a snag in the visa application process because my documents don't match my gender, meaning that officially, I am still male according to all of my documents.

I am worried that a problem might arise because I pass well and even strangers read me as female but as I have said my documents say I am still male.

I'd like to change my gender and name, however it's illegal to do so in Hungary.

Am I going to be disqualified because of the mismatch between the gender I present as and I look like (female) and my official gender according to my documents?

I look forward to reading your answers.

You’ll need to apply with whatever your official gender /name is at the time. Doesn’t matter how you present but your documents will need to be correct. If you get selected and move to the US, choose a trans-friendly state and you can complete the official transition there.
