We just filed our 140/485/EAD/AP (EB2) on Oct 15. Notice date: Oct 26. Today, my wife recieved instructions for finger-printing. Is this considered really fast?
I have not recieved mine.
We both live in different states with different addresses and it is my employer that filed the GC application.
Also, another question I have is that it states that for AP it may take 240 to 270 days for processing. I need to travel outside the country in mid march, 05. My H-1B multiple entry stamp expires in December 04.
Do you think it takes tht long to get AP?
