Is this employment letter good enough?

I am after 180 days and I get a new job. But my new employer can't hire me in a permanent basis until I get my green card. They can only hire me as a full-time temp first and turn me into a perm when my green card is approved.

Do you think an employment letter like the one below signed by them will be good enough for Employment RFE?

This is to certify that Mr. Yee Man Chan SSN # xxx-xx-xxxx, is employed as a Senior Software Engineer in a full time temporary position starting Day/Month/Year. His hourly rate is $xx/hour (equivalent to an annualized salary of $xx,xxx). His responsibilities include design, development and testing of xxxx software applications written in C/Perl/Java under Unix environment as well as statistical analysis of xxxx data.

As per xxx's policy, we cannot hire a person in a permanent basis until he/she is granted a green card. We respectfully request that you approve Mr. Chan's I-485 petition so that he can obtain his permanent residency status and hence we can make him a permanent employee with an annual salary of $xx,xxx. there are many available. Some take up only corporate clients. many take individual cases. you should go more with quality and skill of the lawyer than the location, IMHO. Murthy, Shusterman are well known. look at lawyers in fragomen.com usvisanews.com or basically do a google search. wont take more than a half hr of your time.

I heard

Mr Rajiv Khanna's team is also very good. I guess he is in Chicago, but he handled a friend (who was in OKlahoma)'s case, so it should not matter.

Also, Mr. Dale Warner, ESQ is our lawyer who is quite reputed in the Bay area
 
I know how to use Google but it won't tell me whether this lawyer is good or not. That's why I need recommendation.

Among the lawyers you mentioned, only Fragomen is based in Silicon Valley. However, my sponsoring company already used them to represent me. And they still have tight control over my files at Fragomen. So I think I need to replace them with another lawyer.

Anyway, I paid my lawyer $500 to continue my case, so I hope from now on I can sleep happy. :)
