Is this Con-Current filing ??

Hi Guys :

My I-140 was filed in NSC on 14-June-2004. My I-485 was filed on 12-August-2004. Does this still mean that both are filed con-currently ? Would my situation be better if I had filed both of them together ?

When a I485 is filed anytime before the I140 is approved, it is considered to be con-current. With the changes to the process on concurrent adjudication, this no longer makes any big difference in processing times. The only advantage is that you can get your EAD/AP etc...
