Is this Approval notice?

I received the following mail today from INS. I am not sure is my case has been approved or not. Is any one got such email before? Please let me know your views.

You will get this notification if you have recently moved (Changed your address) and the first attempt of your notices (like FP notice, VSC to TSC transfer notice) failed and returned back to USCIS and USCIS will mail you the same notice to your new address.

Hi Diva,

I am EB-1B (OR) with FP current. My case was transferred on March 7 from VSC to TSC.
I got the same message on March 23: "Document other than card mailed upon earlier approval".
Because I didn't know what to expect , I contacted Congressman Hinchey (NY) for an inquiry on my case.
The following response came from USCIS Texas:

"THIS CASE IS ENROUTE TO THE MANAGER OF THE I485,
Name check cleared in March, when case was transferred to us from EAC. File is currently in transit to AD0008; as soon as it gets received in, I will pull for review. Fingerprints current and visa is available, so it looks good to go."

On April 24 , email message changed to: "Approval notice sent".
The approval was confirmed by USCIS Texas through Congressman.

I would advise you to contact your local Congressman so that an inquiry be made on your behalf. USCIS centers are usually quite fast to respond if inquiries come from Congressman.

I-485 filed Sep. 2005

do you think I might hear something soon? any idea?
 
My guess is that your approval is imminent...
It is probably a question of days...
Your card will be on its way very soon...

i also got the same mail saying that
document other than manufactured and mailed.
did you get the notice in mail, what exactly you have in the document.
i am just waiting for the mail, urgent.

hi guys,
i also got this same mail, just now i checked my mail box, its not to worry about any thing. its just returned mail, actually TSC send finger prints notice to me and myself, i got it already and gave my second time finger prints too. the notice one which has sent to my lawyer has returned back to TSC, as they moved from the old address. as i have already gave my finger prints its not to worry, this kind of email i got just because of returned mail to TSC.
for the last three days i was trying to get some info regarding mail i couldnot get any where. i am posting this for other guys.
