Is this approval notice for I131?

I got an email alert this morning for the I131 I submitted at the end of May. It didn't say the application was approved, only to mention a document is sent out. Is that it?

Can you tell me which service center and when did you file your I-131.

hi,
I got the same message for my I-485, but received address change mail returned. But when I contacted USCIS 3 different times, all the time they said my I-485 is Approved, but not sure and asked me to wait for 30 days and call them afterwards.
Hope it will be your AP approval, but call USCIS.

Thanks. So have you changed your address with them lately? I didn't change my address since I filed the application.

Thanks. I hope this is the approval notice also, since it sounds about the time. My attorney emailed me back saying that this meant the AP was approved.
