Don't worry about the approval notices or stamping. You are getting the "Green Cards" in Hand and that's all that matters:)

Approval Notice email to follow

Hey... I got exactly the same message "After approval, we have requested new cards.........:"

I was wondering what happened to the actual approval notice.

today after 3 days of the original message above, I received another set of emails containing the approval noticification "Your case has been approved, an approval notice was mailed on June 8, 2006... If 30 days have passed..etc....."


So wait for your approval notice e-mail in a day or two!

Not yet... Like I said, the original set of emails "after approval, a card has been requested for you came in on June 5th.


today, June 8th, a second set of emails came in with "This case has been approved.. an Approval notice was dispatched on June 8th"


I am expecting another set of e-mails hopefully in a day or two confirming that the cards have been physcially dispatched!

this is a pretty typical sequence of messages. I first got "after approving we ordered card", then on the next day it changed to "this case was approved and approval notice was mailed", then 3 days later it changed to "card mailed" and 5 days later I got the card in the mail.

They said the card has been mailed!

Got a message a couple of minutes ago.

Receipt Number: WACXXXXXXXXX

Application Type: I485 , Application to Register Permanent Residence or
to Adjust Status

Current Status:

On June 9, 2006, the card order was completed and we mailed the
applicant's new card directly to him or her. If 30 days have passed and you
have not received this card, you may wish to verify or update your
address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service
Center at (800) 375-5283.

However, the actual approval message hasn't got yet. Maybe they think it's not important anymore?
