Is this an RFE for 485.....Please help

Hi Friends,
Please let me know if this is an RFE for 485 or something else. I am a little confused.I gor the status update and email today and the mail says " On April 30........" .
I am in a lot of confusion.

Application Type: I485 , Application to Register Permanent Residence or to
Adjust Status

Current Status:

On April 30, 2005, we responded to your request for more information concerning
your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date,
please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case status
results listed above, or if you have not received a decision or advice from
USCIS within the projected processing time frame*, please contact the National
Customer Service Center.

I guess this is in response to your query and you will get a written letter within specified time stating response of your inquiry.
 
As far as i know we haven't initiated any enquiry.
I need to check with my lawyer if he has done any such enquiry.

It could be for address changes too. Did you call to update your address?
 
Yeah i changed my address and got the response too.
The address change letter indicates the date on it as Apr 30.
That is some relief ---it must be for my address change.
