yesterday I called CSC after hours to check status for me & my wife\'s case and on AVM replies as following for both cases:

" on April 11th 2002 we have mailed you a notice requesting additional evidence or information on this case. the notice explains in detail what additional material is needed .if you have questions about the notice what is received or 14 days have been past or you haven\'t received the notice please speak to IIO during normal business hours."

Looks like that\'s there standard message playing for "RFE".

Do they send RFE to an applicant or an Attorney ??

You got an RFE Man!

But there is no need to panic. If everything is in order and you reply to the RFE promptly, you should get approved soon..

Sorry to hear that you got RFE, but as sonofindia wrote there is nonthing to worry. Now a days it is just taking couple of days for approval once one submits required info.

Are you "bbad" in the summary lists? If you are can you please let us know when you finished your FPs (for tracking purposes)?

you are right PCee, Now a days it is just taking couple of days for approval once one submits required info even though it\'s true but it\'s still making me nervous about hearing RFE.

I just don\'t know why I could not log in on the this board with my old ID and pass.

but any way, yes I am "bbad" in your summary list. I finished my FP on 11/23/01 as scheduled. Also following are other details of the case.

wac-01-264-5xxxx
PD-january-9th-2001
RD-07/16/01
ND-08/22/01
fp-11/23/01 done as scheduled.
AVM updated-12/13/01 process resumed.
RFE issued per AVM on 04/11/2002---RFE not received yet.
still waiting for approval..

Looking at the bright side, atleast they have started working on your case. Hopefully once you send in your reply to RFE it shouldn\'t be too long before I see your approval posting and wishing for the same
