IS this a valid reason for leaving employer after GC?

I am currently getting salary of 75K.
MY labor certification for the green cards salary says 85K

My employer is still paying the same 75K after 485 approval.
Is this a valid reason to quit the sponsoring employer.

I got my 485 approval 2 months back.

Thank you

What do you mean by valid reason?? If this is something you are going to document and submit to CIS(if required), I would say NO. If your sponsor is not paying as promised, CIS might conclude that GC is obtained based on fradulent I-485documents(submitted by sposor employer as part of your GC application.) So be careful about it. Many members will tell you "No problems, go ahead ", but its not them but you will face consequences.
:D :D
If you want reason to satisfy your moral obligation, then YES thats a good reason.
:D :D

He has to stay upto christmas to boycott that party!!! :D :D
Or how about you give him some tips to get fired??? That will help too. :D :D

you must be proud of your 75K salary...otherwise there was no reason to mention figures....
anyway queiryisback is right...it amounts to a deception on the part of your employer( and you)...anyway changing jobs voluntarily just after 2 months in itself can be construed as a deception, irrespective of the reason...

I don't think a person with 10 years experience (like me) is going to be proud with a 75K salary!

If the employer had the ability to pay the $85K from PD to AD but they didn't pay the promised wage after AD, I'm not so sure that's necessarily fraudulent as far as the original application went.

Yes, its a valid reason to quit your job, but first I would recommend that you inform your employer about his obligation to pay 85K after GC approval. If he does not do that ask him to give that in writing, that way it'll be clear in future that you wanted to continue but your emp. was the one who did not pay you correctly.

your employer just called me and he told me that he is going to reduce your salary by 40K, as your performance is not good and you waste your time on forums.

if you don't agree he gonna revoke your GC and kick your ass
