IS this a valid reason for leaving employer after GC?

What do you mean by valid reason?? If this is something you are going to document and submit to CIS(if required), I would say NO. If your sponsor is not paying as promised, CIS might conclude that GC is obtained based on fradulent I-485documents(submitted by sposor employer as part of your GC application.) So be careful about it. Many members will tell you "No problems, go ahead ", but its not them but you will face consequences.
If you want reason to satisfy your moral obligation, then YES thats a good reason.

you must be proud of your 75K salary...otherwise there was no reason to mention figures....
anyway queiryisback is right...it amounts to a deception on the part of your employer( and you)...anyway changing jobs voluntarily just after 2 months in itself can be construed as a deception, irrespective of the reason...

If the employer had the ability to pay the $85K from PD to AD but they didn't pay the promised wage after AD, I'm not so sure that's necessarily fraudulent as far as the original application went.qwertyisback said:What do you mean by valid reason?? Yes, its a valid reason to quit your job, but first I would recommend that you inform your employer about his obligation to pay 85K after GC approval. If he does not do that ask him to give that in writing, that way it'll be clear in future that you wanted to continue but your emp. was the one who did not pay you correctly.
