Hello, everyone,
One othe initial evidence for EB-1 qualification on I-140 is:
"participation on a panel or individually as a judge of the work of others in the field or an allied field". I am a postdoc in biology. Last year, I used our home-developed technique to test the instruments which I was using and bought later. And found all of them were poor in accuracy. While the accuracy of the instrument is very important in our and other research fields. All same products from different company cann\'t reach the accurate degree as no one knows how to check it except me. This year, one company knows how to check it, and have improved their product this technique. Still only I and the company in USA can do this check. My question is:
Is my work on check the accuracy of the product A JUDGE OF THE WORK OF OTHERS IN THE FIELD OR ALLIED FIELD? If it is, what kind of certificate is necessary for the petition? I only have the check resutl and email betwen I and the company. Should I get some certificate from this company?
Thank.
