Hi all,

I did concurrently filing in july, 2003. NIW. I got EAD and AP in dec. 2003, and got a I-140 RFE notice in june, 2004. After I replied the RFE in August, I just received a figerprint notice. I am not sure whether it implies that INS is going to approve both 140 and 485? has anybody once been in the similar situation?

I would like you guys another question? Can one still keep his H-1 status even after he gets green card? I really appreciate your comments.

You got your EAD/AP and FP notice based on your I-485 application. The review and processing of your I-140 application is different. Your H1B1 will become invalid once you get your I-485 approved. Good luck!
