I did the currently filling in TSC ( I-485 RD 07/23/2004, ND 07/26/2004) No FP yet.
I just got a letter for TSC today saying
" This is to advise you that in order to speed processing we have transferred the above case to the following INS office for process:
U.S. INS, POX box #7126, Chicago, IL 60680-7126 ...."
But when I check my online status, I find the following
"On September 9, 2004, we transferred your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status to an office in MISSOURI SERVICE CENTER for processing. Our office in MISSOURI SERVICE CENTER will send you a written decision as soon as processing is complete. "
My question is which statement is correct? According to INS website, the MISSOURI office in Kentucky is processing I485 for April 2004. Does this mean my case will be processed soon?
