Try at different times, early morning, 9AM or late night. I have tired before 9AM and i got the same message i tried again and again and at abt 9:15 it opened slots for our Local INS office (Newark)and booked those slots
and one other thing if you have family members depending on the number of family members you need access to that many computers. Some how infopass lets you book only one application per computer IP
