Is there difference in approval process based on country of birth ?

Hi all,

I have AOS application pending from November 1999 in EB3, India category. I am seeing lot of people even in 6, 2000 posting approval notice, but have noticed that most cases are from OTHER category.

Is there anyone else from EB3, India category waiting with application prior to 2000 ? Is it possible INS is not approving EB3, INDIA while processing all other cases ?
