Hi, people. I just had my interview yesterday. During the interview, I used a translator. Although I speak English wel
, I was afraid I am not very good at certain religious terms. So that's why I still used a translator. But during the interview, I found that my translator was very unprofessional, he made several mistakes, for a lot of important things, like the immigration officer asked when, he translated why, I don't know why the monitor didn't find out.
The immigration officer probably thought I was cheating, because he translated wrong either ways. Do you think I can complain to the immigration office about it after the interview, and can I get the second chance? I don't know how to complain, and after the case had been referred to the immigration court, can I still do that? Thank you, any input is appreciated, good luck, everyone!

Sorry to hear about that .Unfortuntely, you cannot appeal for that and neither the officer can do something for you.Just pray everything goes fine. The fact is that you are the one who hired the translator and that concern you only and not the officer neither the immigration.Sorry again about that and just pray things go fine for you.
Best regards

when you go to the immigration hearing, tell the judge that you dont need a translator, when my case referred to the court, the judge assigned a translator, i speak english very well, when the translator start talking i realize he is so bad, i interupted him and told him that i dont need him, i asked the judge that i dont need a translator, the judge approved my request
