no response from INS ?

When I mean 'No response' no rfe/transfer/approval/anything from INS?

Just curious. Trying to build up hope that my case may be picked up around my ND timeframe.
Lost all hopes that I will be approved w/out RFE/transfer.
Cannot concentrate on anything, as everything circulates on this approval.

Since no one has replied to my Q

can I safely assume that I will be approved/RFE'ed/transferred before Nov 16 ?
Or am I expecting too much?

As I changed job

and working on EAD, I renewed it a month ago. Mine is expiring on Nov 27th '03. Now, I hope I will get the GC approved at least before Nov 2003 , otherwise I am definetly going back to India.
We have one big relief though, after this sniper was caught. Otherwise everything were too much pressure on us.

I assumed that u changed job after 180 days after filing 485. Did u met any attorney for any advise regarding AC21 regulations? Just curious to know..

I may join my client by using EAD, but still not sure of taking such big step.. Pls advise..

After seeing so many Sept Approval , I also had same feeling that my approval will be based on my ND ,was really frustrated . But any how got approved on 10/18 . My ND was 11/15/01 .

Hope You will get Approved very Soon .

I never consulted any attorney. I have retained my previous company's attorney. I am still in good contacts with my previous employer(a desi consultant). My attorney is a very hostile person. Will not answer any questions. When I asked him abt my job change, he simply said that he doesn't know what INS will do with my case when I change job. Such a lunatic !!
I just followed, what my head said and joined this employer as my previous project had ended and my prev employer's marketing rep's were asking me to step down my hourly rate b4 even marketing me !! I got sick of everything and left my employer, but in good terms.
Just crossing my fingers and waiting endlessly for this trauma to end!!

This FP thing on my online as well

AVM does not seem to go away. Looks like it has been glued to it. It seems like the more I look/hear the message online/AVM, more my eyeballs/eardrum get glued to it.
I feel the database is corrupted on my page(oh !! whatever) and is not letting anyone(INS official/background process) to update it. Also, looks like they have alerted the DBA and he is on vacation and the secondary back-up does not know to restore it.
Too wild imagination !! It is Friday and Yet another weekend !! As someone said, there may not be any approvals at all starting a week b4 Thanksgiving till New Year.

I have stopped whining.
This reminds me of the following..
When it comes to names, it is always better to be in the beginning , alphabetically.
When seated/asked to stand in a line according to height, it is better to be short.
When it comes to ranks in a class, one should always compare him/herself to the people b4 you(who are better in ranks) and not after you.
So, when it comes to INS should we compare our RD to people b4 us who are not yet approved and feel comfortable that we are not yet in their shoes or look at the RD's after us getting approved and feel betrayed????:confused:
