Is there anyone got written response from VSC after calling NCSC

Just want to know if the response is informative rather a print out of BCIS web site.

It is not web prinout but letter only says "case pending with VSC". This is so informative...

Usually we get written response of the words of NCSC representative from VSC. Eventhough written response is not informative it's just another receipt notice for your case.
