Is there anybody waiting for amended I-140 approval due to I-485 RFE ??

AD : still waiting(6 month passed since I-140 filed, NO AVM update)
Anybody who are in same boat ?
 
Same case

I had sent my RFE-I-140 in March.. I checked the automated message for I 140 last night. It says that INS has sent another RFE. I am not sure what additional info they are looking for. My lawyer has not recieved the letter yet. I checked the message for 485, it still says as "we have recived the reply to RFE and it could take 999 days.. etc". I will keep you posted.

I dont know more about I-140 Ammendment, I too got RFE for I-140 Ammendemnt,please share the info which you know about I-140 Ammendment.

Filed I140 Amendmendment in Feb 01 as part of
reply to RFE.
Nothing happened so far.

applied for I140 amend. (company name change) RD 05/14/01 ND 07/30/01 no change in status
BTW I applied my 485 anyway with old 140 approval(old company name)
I am expecting I will atleast have 140 amend approval if there is any RFE!!!
 
RFE replied 04/01

I am also in the same boat. RD 10/00 ND 11/00 RFE 04/01 (for new/amended I140). I140 already applied 03/01. Receipt of I140 was sent as reply to RFE. I140 was approved 08/01 (around 2 months back)...But still waiting for approval...
