I did my FP in MICHIGAN (Applied I485 in CSC) on APR 17, 2002, Still it says" It takes 975...to.. 999 days to porocess this kind of case" I am worried a little bit, bcoz they didn\'t update anything to FP related. any body thinks that calling IIO would help?
Any body in the same boat?
 
Dont worry, call the IIO......

I did my FP on March 19 and my AVM never got updated until i called the IIO( probably in MAY i think). First i checked with the FBI,if my results were sent to INS and then called the IIO to check on the status of FP. And on the same day my message changed to on march 27th processing resumed.......etcetc, I think my call did trigger some action........

My opinion about AVM, it never gets updated so dont worry as i remember one of my friend in some other discussion mentioning that he got approved but his AVM still says processing resumed or something, dont remember the exact line.

So call the FBI and IIO. This is my experience.....
