Hello every1, I just need ur help on mi DV processing, my cut-off number is in feburary but I didn't still recieve a mail from KCC, So does that mean I am disqualified or may be the delay from the post office, and what can I possibly do in both cases????

contact KCC via phone call as soon as possible and they will give you your interview appointment and re send your second letter
, may be lost in the post office or something
and in the same time contact your visa consulate as soon as possible to save time for midical exam
and be fast

they told me they have scheuled my number but can't get the second pack
call them or e' mail them
