Is there any way to talk to IIO?

I spoke to Customer service at 1-800-375-5283. Got a recorded message of wait time to be 5 minutes. Someone came on line after 10 minutes.

Basically, all they do is substitute the online help. They ask more questions and give less answers. They ask you SRC#, punch in the web browser and read the contents the same way we do. They do not answer anything else.

I asked, if I can talk to TSC. They say it is not possible to transfer call to anyone in TSC. The way to communicate to IIO is through FAX.

I asked one operator that in the past I could talk to IIO and IIO gave me more information. The operator transferrd my line. The another lady asked me questions. At the end of conversation, I realized that the previous operator had transferred my call NOT to IIO, but another operator.

I wish we could speak to IIO as we used to do before June 1. Is there any way to talk to IIO?

Dinnu, Help with Macro

Sorry, LongGC, this topic is out of thread but I was seeking Dinnu's help.

Dinnu, would you be able to tweak the excel macro lil bit and write the output of each line also to a text file.

I leave the macro running unattended for 1000 numbers and sometimes when I come back I get " Sorry invalid numbers" 2-3 times and I get blocked.
I want to know which number range is when I get blocked, so next time I start further down.
Can you please make the change, Dinnu
