Is there any way I can make my interview earlier ??

hello ,
I wanna go to US as soon as possible as I wanna continue my studies over there and the next semester is in January .. and when I check the schedule interview from the US embassy in my country I see bigger numbers which are not shown up in Visa bulletin for interview but they are having their interview sooner any way , how did they do that ??

They probably sent the forms and photos before you. I think you can postpone the interview but cannot make it earlier.
