Is there any september RFE case , Received By INS in OCt Still waiting please post here.

My case RFE recd by INS OCT 9. Nothing has changed online or AVM but when called IIO, she said Transferred to Local INS.

I really dont know what to do Job situation is getting worser any ideas.
