Is there any problem with approved labor

I have a company which has approved labor...

I just want to know from gurus is there any problem with the approved labor...in getting I140 approved from vermount

I did not have any problem. My salary was 28% greater than the approved LC. No RFE for 140.

I did receive a "standard" Emp letter RFE for 485. But I dont think its related to labor sutstitution

If u have a option of Labor substitution go ahead. Thats the fastest way to get ur green card.

If 485 processing was a bit faster i could have completed the entire process in less than 18 months:)
