Is There Any Other Way?????

Guys,
Is there any other way to find out about the RFE/Notice that as per USCIS was returned to them as undeliverable? And its funny/frustrating because I changed my address about 1 and 1/2 years ago and did AR11 as well at the same time, I got 2 EAD and 2AP renewal on the current address. I received a letter about the querry I did in july 2007 now after all these communications happening on my current address , "HOW IN THE NAME OF GOD" :confused: the notice returned as undeliverable. I see my mailbox everyday religiously. Ok long story short I called and updated again my address both online and with the customer support ppl at USCIS using the 1-800 number. I made like 7 querries now but still I havnt got the RFE information/letter. CAN ANYONE SUGGEST IF THERE IS ANY OTHER WAY TO CONTACT USCIS TEXAS SERVICE CENTER TO KNOW ABOUT THE RFE. ITS GETTING SO FRUSTRATED NOW.:mad:

On August 6, 2007, the post office returned our last written notice on this case as undeliverable. This can have serious effects on the processing of this case. Please call 1-800-375-5283 to update the mailing address so this notice can be re-sent".
 
similar situation

happened with me too for FP notice (not RFE), but I called them up, they confirmed that they had the correct address on file, yet somehow it went to an address I moved out of 2 years ago.

Call TSC - a helpful IO may be able to send it again to you.

IO in Dallas field office told me once: "Some officers are too lazy to look up their system/Files for current address and simply send FP notice to the old address"
 
Really sorry to hear your story. Sometimes it is not the USCIS that is culprit, but the post office is. Few weeks back the Post Offfice returned to the sender(a consulate) a letter that was mailed to me saying it was undeliverable. Only God knows why they did that.

Maybe you can try an infopass? Depending on your luck (sad we have to use this phrase), the officer there will be able to help you?

did u try to check with your local congressman/senator? They may be able to get the latest information regarding your case.
 
My wife's case was same as urs

I had same case.Don't waste time on phone with TSC or anybody. Just take an infopass with nearest center.Tell them that u have updated the address but USCIS is still showing old address.It's not ur fault.They have multiple Databases,confiremd by IO to me.That guy will update the system with new address and will request USCIS to resend the card.This will be actual request to resend the card and u will get in 2 week.
