I485 date: may 2002
my case got transferred from vermont to nebraska automatically, reason unknown, my lawyer he doesnt care. should i approach lawyers like khanna or murthy regarding this.

Any one on the same boat as me.

In nebraska i got a 485 date of: dec 2003 (what a hell it is down there).

My lin still starts with an EAC in NSC.

Stay calm, normally there are numerous reasons for which a case can be transferred e.g. you attorney forgot to attach one of your H-1s, or you don't work for the sponsoring employer any more and you haven't done AC-21 so on and so forth.

Don't try to find the reason for the transfer, follow the case transfer threads and wait for the interview to be scheduled. Hopefully you will get interview in 2-3 months and you would get approved the same day with passport stamped. Then you would see that some of the people with dates similar to yours are still waiting.

Stay calm and wait for the interview letter, if you don't hear anything for 2 months take an appointment to your nearest local center and meet and IIO there.
 
i am from michigan actually my I 485 was filed for march 2002 or april 2002 at VSC. i still carry around the lin of vsc.
