Is there any one still waiting for receipts for I-485 mailed out on 4/13/2001

Please reply ASAP. I have not received receipts for any of my applications mailed out by my attorney on 4/13/2001. I don\'t know what is causing this delay

check with him he should have got it by now. Also check if the check was cashed. You can call INS and get receipt from directly from them.

Hi,
Check if the checks that you wrote for your I-485,EAD,AOS have been deposited to your bank by the INS by calling your bank. Then ask your bank to forward you a copy of those checks. The INS writes the WAC # on the corresponding checks. From this you can call INS AVM and find out if they have mailed your receipt.
