Is there any count of how many 2001, 2002, 2003 485 cases were filed during the months of June and July. This might be an indicator of how long it would take cases to adjudicate (of course in a perfect world scenario)?

No one is sure of the PDs in the applications. These will be clear after USCIS completed the receipting process for the July filers. However, majority of the June filers for retrogresse country may have PD later than May, 2007 VB cut-off date. For July, almost all the H-1B filers (with PD later than June, 2007 VB cut-off date) with approved LC might have filed.
