Is there any case being denied?

I am wondering the percentage of denied case is close to zero.
So I guess the timing is the biggest worries among us.

Its not that INS does not deny 485s (why would they be sitting there otherwise), but denials are very rare.

Could cause denial if

1. INS finds out (though RFE...) that you are not (and will not be employed) by the sponsoring company (or any other company in similar occupation)
2. In case of any fraud...
