Is there an approval notice associated with EAD?

When EAD is approved do people receive just the card or any other document besides it?

Received email on 25th June stating the card production was ordered on 23rd June. There was an LUD on 25th. On June 27th received another email stating that the approval notice was sent. Latest update on my case is dated June 30th and it has the same information as the 27th email. On June 30th received the EAD. What is the approval notice that the second email refers to? Should I expect an approval notice besides EAD?

Can you please let us know, when did you file your EAD and to which service center? Was it an online EAD or paper based EAD?

I have the same thing,

first email i got says card orders
second email approval notice,

I dont know what the difference is? anybodhelp

Hi SShaikh,
Congrats! don't know the ans to your que but you should receive your card in about a week. BTW, When did you file your EAD? was it filed along with I485?
