Is There A Time Restriction For Filing

Hi all, is there a specific time period in which to file documents after marriage? Or does it not matter, just as long as you file ALL required papers.

No there is not, just be aware that if your spouse will get out of status or the overstay is too long then can affect if the person wants to travel abroad while the application is pending.
