Got the information from my lawyer

So I am assuming the check was encashed, they would not have this information otherwise correct?

I mailed mine on Nov 13. I haven\'t got a receipt yet.

I have applied on Nov 14 yet to get receipt.
Whats was your date when did you sent to INS.

My lawyer fed-ex\'d my application.

Since my employer pays for everything - I don\'t know if the checks have been encashed.

Do you know if your lawyer got your WAC# from the check that was encashed?

I am assuming it came on the Receipt notice

This was per lawyers email yesterday, I don\'t have details on whether the INS cashed the check or not.
