I am on L2 with an EAD. My employer is going to transfer my visa to L1 soon ( I already worked with this company offshore for 2 yrs ).
a) Later on, can I apply for an H1 through my employer or some other employer and get it without any hassles ?
b) Does the fact that I have already had a visa transfer from L2 to L1 a few months before hamper this process?
c) Also in this case, can I get the H1 without moving out of the US ?
