Is there a filing fee for I-864 when the application is filed in the US along with I-485? I saw the following information on the USCIS website under Immigration Forms--> I-864 and wasn't sure if I send to include a check to Department of State in my application.
"Although USCIS does not charge a fee for this form, the Department of State does charge a fee of $70 when the Affidavit of Support is reviewed domestically. This does not apply when the Affidavit of Support is filed abroad."
