you probably have no option but wait. Many folks are like you
waiting for finger print notices.

ND is 11/30/2000 but some friends of mine that have ND in December got their FP notice already and did their FP too.

Ciba - Could I follow up on the status of my fingerprint (done on Jan, 2001, cleared in FBI) by sending a fax? Do they respond by fax too? Can you please tell me the fax number to follow up (CSC). Thank you.
